Talent Development & Quality Assurance Manager
Key Competencies
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven ability to uphold and promote brand values through training and development initiatives.
- Expertise in both traditional and modern training methodologies.
- Experience managing training budgets aligned with property financial objectives.
- Skilled in designing and facilitating training programs across all levels.
- Strong background in evaluating training program effectiveness.
- Prior experience in conducting audits, training assessments, and process improvements.
- Excellent operational, administrative, IT, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of LQA and Forbes service standards.
- Strong leadership, motivational, and people management skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience working in the Maldives or other remote locations is highly desirable.
