Job Requirements-
- G.C.E. O/L or any other equivalent qualifications
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Sinhala & English)
- Basic computer literacy, including the MS office package
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Job Responsibilities -
- Provide timely & effective support to customers via phone/email, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy
- Prepare detailed and accurate estimations for customers based on their specific needs and requirements
- Prepare reports as per the superior/s requirements
