Job Requirements-

  • G.C.E. O/L or any other equivalent qualifications
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Sinhala & English)
  • Basic computer literacy, including the MS office package
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Job Responsibilities -

  • Provide timely & effective support to customers via phone/email, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy
  • Prepare detailed and accurate estimations for customers based on their specific needs and requirements
  • Prepare reports as per the superior/s requirements
