KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review all warranty repair orders for accuracy and clarity.
- Check repair orders against service history to avoid duplicates.
- Keep records of all claims—submitted, rejected, or returned.
- Help service advisors close open warranty repair orders.
- Support advisors and technicians with warranty questions.
- Maintain a warranty parts room. Help with audits and send parts for inspection.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- G. C. E Advanced Level
- Automobile Certificate or the equivalent in reputed institute will be added advantage.
- General knowledge of automotive parts and vehicle mechanical operations.
