YOUR ROLE WILL INVOLVE
- Support brand and communication strategies aligned with company goals.
- Develop branding for new/existing products based on market insights.
- Collaborate with NPD, sales, and marketing to shape product stories.
- Ensure product messaging, packaging, and promotional materials clearly reflect brand identity and positioning.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Execute brand campaigns, events, and CSR initiatives.
- Manage digital platforms including website and social media.
- Create content plans and monitor campaign performance.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree/ professional qualification in Marketing/ Business Management or any relevant field from recognized institution.
- Possess a MBA will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in marketing or branding is must.
- Solid understanding of product branding, market positioning, and customer engagement strategies.
- Skilled in content creation, social media tools, and digital marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in launching and managing brand identities is a plus.
- Excellent collaboration and leadership capabilities.
