ENGINEERING MANAGER DAIRY FARMS
United Dairies Lanka (Pvt) Ltd is Sri Lanka’s largest and highest quality milk producer with state-of-the-art farms in Ambewela and Pattipola, located in the Nuwara Eliya district. As a subsidiary of Lanka Milk Foods Group, a leader in the Sri Lankan dairy sector.

Requirements
Qualifications
- A bachelor of Science degree in /Chemical & Processing / Mechanical / Electrical engineering from a recognized university or equivalent qualifications.
- Age above 40 Years
Experience and skills
- Proven experience, not less than 6 years, on plant & equipment maintenance or similar role in a manufacturing organization or Dairy Farm.
- Possesses strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechatronic systems with ability to diagnose equipment problems and implementing immediate corrective actions, working closely with technical teams to ensure effective solutions.
- Ability to develop, update and perform of preventive maintenance schedules for machineries and conduct regular inspections on farm equipment and machinery to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
- Ability to coordinate with external service providers and contractors for specialized repairs or maintenance procedures / contracts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast – paced environment.
