JUNIOR EXECUTIVE - SUPPLY CHAIN ENGINEERING
Vallibel One PLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Executive to join our Group Supply Chain function. This is an exciting opportunity to work across multiple manufacturing plants and play a key role in engineering procurement, process optimization, and sustainability initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support the procurement, installation, and commissioning of machinery, collaborating closely with plant engineering and operations teams.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to quality and contractual standards.
- Handle group-level sustainability operations, supporting the implementation and monitoring of sustainability projects and best practices across all plants.
- Manage engineering-related procurement, including sourcing, vendor evaluation, and quality validation of machines, equipment, and spare parts.
- Oversee energy monitoring audits at manufacturing plants to ensure compliance and drive energy efficiency improvements.
- Coordinate group-level volume consolidation for engineering items (machines and spare parts) to maximize purchasing efficiency and cost savings.
- Maintain accurate records of engineering assets and procurement documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Production, Chemical & Process, Industrial Management, or a related field).
- 0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or engineering operations (including internships).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced skills in Excel.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Demonstrated passion for sustainability and continuous improvement.
