Executive – Front Office & Design Centre Administration

Location

Colombo, Sri Lanka

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Responsibilities:
    • Carry out all administrative duties related to the Showroom (Design Centre).
    • Coordinate with the Admin team for maintenance, repairs, and being responsible for upkeep of the Showroom.
    • Manage all asset purchases for the showroom and maintain an asset tracker.
    • Petty cash management.
  • Events & Marketing at Showroom:
    • Organize and manage small scale events.
    • Coordinate events conducted by Marketing.
    • Arrange props for Showroom events with approval from the DC Head.
  • Product & Design Center Management:
    • Conduct regular checks on Häfele product displays.
    • Ensure a positive and engaging experience for showroom visitors.
    • Maintain and update a comprehensive customer database.

Role Requirement

  • Preferred Qualification: G.C.E. A/L / Diploma in Business Management / Administration
  • Experience: Over 02 years of related experience in a similar role
  • Age: Below 30 years of age
  • Skills:
    • Excellent Communication skills in English & Sinhala (Ability to communicate in Tamil would be an added advantage)
    • Excellent Inter-personal skills
    • Resourceful, self-driven, proactive and presentable
    • Proficiency in MS Office Applications
  • Other: Ability to join with immediate effect
