BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – SALES

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with the sales team and pre/post-sales engineers to facilitate an efficient and effective sales cycle.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including emerging markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services, with a focus on cyber-security.
  • Develop a database of qualified leads through various channels, including referrals, face-to-face meetings, phone calls, emails, social selling, and networking.
  • Prepare compelling proposals and quotations by accurately identifying customer requirements, and follow up diligently to convert leads into sales.
  • Engage in activities to increase opportunities in the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with prospects.
  • Create and conduct impactful promotional presentations and RFP responses that clearly identify prospects' business problems and the solutions we offer.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions in alignment with customer needs and objectives, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Supervise sales representatives to ensure increased sales performance and achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with sales and support teams to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals aligned with company vision.
  • Update and maintain the Salesforce CRM system to track sales activities and pipeline effectively.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members, both verbally and in writing. This includes presentations, negotiations, and proposal writing.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective business strategies that align with company goals. This involves understanding market dynamics and making data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in negotiating terms and contracts with clients and partners to secure favorable deals for the company.
  • Strong networking skills to build and maintain relationships with potential clients, industry contacts, and strategic partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective execution.
