Production Supervisor
EAM Maliban Textiles Badulla (Pvt) Ltd. – Badulla Factory
We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion for pursuing a career in the industry. The ideal candidate should be an energetic, team player with excellent communication, a proactive attitude, and the ability to be self-motivated and work independently to achieve tight deadlines.
Job Role
- Plan production schedules, implement and control.
- Review and make decisions about capacity utilization, material & machineries.
- Maintain and rationalized the employee carder according to the production schedules.
- Make sure effective and efficient line balancing with proper studies.
- Use appropriate tools to minimize the wastage and improve the productivity level of the production process.
- Responsible for up skilling and maintain a skilled workforce to meet the standards.
- Maintain a healthy relationship with all level of employees.
- Work with all the operations teams to achieve the set KPI's.
Individual Profile
- Degree/Diploma related to production/manufacturing or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
- Age below 45 years.
- Preference will be given to candidates who has lean manufacturing exposure especially problem solving tools.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills & work in a team based environment.
- Ability to lead make rational decision in a fast-paced environment.
