Production Supervisor
The Production Supervisor is responsible for coordinating daily production planning, overseeing daily operations in the spice processing facility, ensuring production targets, quality standards, food safety protocols, and efficiency metrics are met. This role involves supervising staff, coordinating with quality control and maintenance teams, and maintaining a safe, sanitary, and productive environment.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role in food or spice processing/manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC, GMP).
- Hands-on experience with spice processing equipment and plant operations.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced production environment.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills for data entry, reporting, and scheduling.
Factory Technician
The Factory Technician is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining equipment used in the spice processing unit. This includes machinery for grinding, drying, blending, and packaging of spices. The technician ensures smooth production flow, equipment functionality, maintenance of equipment and compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Technical diploma or certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in a food processing or manufacturing environment (spice industry experience is a plus).
- Knowledge of industrial food processing equipment and safety practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical issues.
- Physically fit and able to work in dusty or warm environments while wearing PPE.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow operational procedures precisely.
- Certification: Possession of valid license.
