Senior Manager / Manager - Sales and Business Development (Freight Division)
Our client is a member of a well-established diversified group of companies in Sri Lanka, is seeking a professional for the Freight Division, focusing on driving sales and business development in the Freight Forwarding sector.
Key Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in the field of Sales and Marketing preferably CIM or SLIM.
- 3 - 4 years experience in sales/customer service in shipping and freight forwarding.
- Strong sales experience in Freight Forwarding (Ocean/Sea Exports/Imports & Air Exports/Imports).
- Established network and relationships with carriers (shipping/airlines) for freight negotiations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Professional qualifications or educational background in business development and industry best practices.
