YOUR MISSION (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES)

  • Nurture Prospects: Maintain and manage a robust pipeline of student inquiries, ensuring no lead is left behind.
  • Connect & Follow Through: Reach out proactively via calls, emails, and texts, following up diligently until a lead is definitively closed or confirmed as no longer viable.
  • Close Deals Efficiently: Convert prospects into enrolments swiftly by providing clear course information, demonstrating value, and guiding them seamlessly through the sign-up process.
  • Educate & Inform: Help prospective students understand how Australian College’s courses elevate their future employability and professional development.
  • Champion Australian College: Communicate the unique selling points, credibility, and reputation of a 20-year-strong RTO.
  • Persist & Persevere: Maintain a solution-focused mindset and a “never give up” attitude, pushing consistently toward enrollment targets and student success.

YOUR STAR QUALITIES (REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS)

  • Proven Sales Acumen: A track record of converting cold or warm leads into concrete sales, ideally in education, online services, or related fields.
  • Exceptional English & Clear Communication: Fluent spoken and written English with a British or Australian accent to effortlessly engage with Australian-based leads. Prior experience with Australian clients and a minimal accent are strong advantages.
  • Relentless Drive: Tenacity to keep following up, even faced with objections and the resilience to handle high-volume outreach.
  • Empathetic Communication: Excellent phone and interpersonal skills to understand each prospect’s needs, provide relevant advice, and build immediate rapport.
  • Results-Focused Mindset: Strong ambition to meet and exceed enrollment targets supported by well-honed organizational and time management skills.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, email platforms, and digital communication tools to track leads and maintain accurate records.
  • Positive Work Ethic: A can-do approach, high energy, and willingness to learn and adapt in a remote, fast-paced environment.
