Executive - Sales Administration
C.W. Mackie PLC, a business conglomerate with over 120 years of corporate legacy, is a leading Import / Export Trading, Manufacturing and Marketing Company listed on the Colombo Stock Exchange. The Company operates in diversified business sectors under three main operating clusters, Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Industrial Products & Commodity Trading.
The Company is in the process of expanding its Industrial Products Business Cluster and on the lookout for a suitable candidate as Executive – Sales Administration for Industrial Products Division.
JOB PROFILE:
- Processing purchase orders and generating sales orders and invoicing to customers.
- Calculating pre/ post import costing and update in the system.
- Managing Inventory in/out Process and record keeping.
- Verifying orders, including customers' information and payment details.
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
- Compiling monthly sales reports including sales incentive for sales staff.
- Reconciliation of debtors and preparing debtors reports for management.
- Facilitate to the Import documentation process of the division.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- A degree /Professional qualification in accounting.
- Previous 2-3 years’ experience in Sales Administration, or a similar role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or similar.
- Knowledge & Experience on import documentation would be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
