GROUP FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
Job Brief
We are seeking an experienced Group Financial Controller to oversee all financial operations at our Head Office in Colombo 7. This role involves financial planning, reporting, compliance, and risk management while ensuring overall financial health and efficiency. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the hospitality industry and proven leadership in financial management.
Responsibilities
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
- Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Monitor cash flow, cost management, and risk assessment.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure smooth operations.
- Work closely with senior management to drive financial efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in a senior finance role.
- Hospitality industry experience is a must.
- Strong knowledge of financial management, compliance, and reporting.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field or professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or ACMA are preferred.
