Job Description
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage backstream process from product developments, costing process, coordination and confirmation towards PO, coordination through production and delivery
- Maintain good relations with customers and suppliers and visit them for meetings when necessary
- Facilitate sourcing of required raw materials along with quotations and samples. In-house the same as required and on time
- Troubleshoot design, sourcing and production challenges
- Keen interest in clothing and ability to identify new trends and market gaps
REQUIREMENTS:
- Mandatory requirement: minimum of two years of experience in merchandising
- Academic qualification in a related field
- General knowledge in clothing technicality and production process
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
