We are a well-established company in the cleaning and facility management industry and are currently seeking motivated and experienced individuals for the following positions:
Area Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage multiple cleaning sites and staff
- Ensure high standards of service delivery
- Handle recruitment and training of cleaning staff
- Maintain strong relationships with clients
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the cleaning industry
- Ability to find and manage manpower
- Industry contacts will be an added advantage
- Age between 30 – 50 years
- A/L qualified
- English and/or Tamil language preferred
Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily cleaning operations at assigned sites
- Supervise cleaning staff and ensure work quality
- Report site updates to management
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in the cleaning trade preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Responsible and proactive attitude
