Executive Talent – Payroll Coordinator
Requirements
- Part qualification in HR/Finance/Accounting from a recognized institution or an undergraduate of the relevant discipline.
- Two years of proven experience in the field of Payroll Management.
- Proficiency in using payroll software tools to process payroll efficiently, generate reports and manage records.
- Excellent attention to detail for accurate payroll management and support.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive data.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end payroll processing and administration.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry of payroll information to maintain precise payroll records.
- Respond promptly to employee inquiries and concerns.
- Generate payroll reports including tax reports and labor cost analyses.
- Conduct regular audits and verifications of payroll data to identify any discrepancies.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and stay updated with latest regulations and standards.
