Chef De Partie-Chocolatier

We are looking for a Chocolatier at Soneva Fushi Resort

Requirements and Skills:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position in a luxury resort or hotel.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Cacao bean & Cacao production process.
  • Ability to make homemade chocolates, sugar sculptures, and design artistic pastry and bakery showpieces.
  • Thorough knowledge of food safety management through HACCP.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cohesively in a team.
  • Self-driven individual, and a proactive team player.
