Customer Support Executive
GAT Electronics (Pvt) Ltd, Kelaniya
GAT Electronics (Pvt) Ltd has been operating in the electronics repair business since 2002. In 2017, we have set-up a TV panel repair center facilitating COF bonding technology and laser repair technology in Kelaniya. Currently we are looking for a dynamic individual for the position of Customer support executive/Customer Relationship officer.
Responsibilities
- Handling both walk-in customers and customers who reach via Service hotline
- Coordinate with technical staff and update job system based on real time repair status
- Inform repair estimates to customers timely
- Provide an efficient service to the customers
Requirements
- Good educational background (Minimum A/L)
- Excellent computer literacy (word, Excel, PPT)
- Ability to speak both Sinhala and English
- 2 years experience in customer relations would be added advantage
