Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior role within a reputable hotel or bakery establishment
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Deep knowledge of local cuisines
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the overall department teams to deliver high-quality standards dishes & bakery products
- Plan, develop, and execute a diverse and creative range of menu for hot kitchen and bakery
- Ensure food preparation meets hygiene, safety, and quality standards
