HR Executive - Talent Acquisition
Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka
Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and emerging trends
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
- Expertise in candidate sourcing and attraction strategies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and guide a recruitment team
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field (required)
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Exposure in the Commercial, Automobile, or Engineering industries is an added advantage.
- Maintains strong relationships with key training institutions and universities in Sri Lanka, including NAITA, VTA, and other higher education bodies.
- Strong understanding of all aspects of HR, including recruitment & onboarding.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining positive employee relations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (a plus)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Candidate must be based in Sri Lanka
