HR Executive - Talent Acquisition

Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka

Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and emerging trends
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
  • Expertise in candidate sourcing and attraction strategies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and guide a recruitment team
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field (required)
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Exposure in the Commercial, Automobile, or Engineering industries is an added advantage.
  • Maintains strong relationships with key training institutions and universities in Sri Lanka, including NAITA, VTA, and other higher education bodies.
  • Strong understanding of all aspects of HR, including recruitment & onboarding.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining positive employee relations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (a plus)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Candidate must be based in Sri Lanka
