Access Real Estate, a premier property developer, is seeking an experienced and driven Assistant General Manager to promote and sell prime real estate assets. Ideal candidates will have a strong real estate sales background, a wide network, and excellent lead conversion skills.

Key Responsibilities – Assistant General Manager (Sales):

  • Lead the Sales: Drive the sale of designated real estate assets by overseeing and guiding the end-to-end sales process to meet and exceed defined targets.
  • Sales Strategy: Design and implement targeted sales strategies and marketing campaigns tailored to each property, aligning with overall business goals and market positioning.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective clients and key investors.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Provide accurate and timely reporting on sales performance.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Degree in Marketing or partially/fully CIM qualified.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales with a successful track record.
  • Strong network and database of potential clients within the real estate market.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects, and meet targets.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
