The Manager- Human Resources will be responsible for:

  • Leading the HR team and ensuring effective implementation of all group and business unit policies, aligning them with business objectives and industry trends.
  • Implementing policies and directives on people matters as set by the CEO and Sector Head of HR, acting as a strategic advisor to management on HR issues, and supporting organizational design and process enhancements.
  • Recommending, setting, and reviewing key performance indicators across the sector, linking rewards to performance, overseeing performance evaluation programs and the setting of individual and team performance goals.
  • Developing and implementing compensation, benefits, and rewards policies in line with market practices to foster a performance-driven culture.
  • Conducting training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and recommend talent development plans across the sector.
  • Managing employee and labor relations by proactively addressing employee concerns, providing counseling on disciplinary matters, disputes, and performance management.
  • Aligning training strategies with business goals and designing and overseeing the delivery of relevant training programs.
  • Driving employee engagement initiatives, retention strategies, staff development plans, mentoring programs, and succession planning.

The Ideal candidate should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent professional qualification.
  • Minimum of 6 years' experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to execute effectively.
  • Proficiency in using HR systems.
  • Prior experience in the IT industry will be an added advantage.
