Job Description

YOUR ROLE:

  • Planning and reviewing brand objectives and executing strategies to deliver desired sales goals for the responsible brands.
  • Identifying new business avenues for the brand to enter, executing innovation plans and executing relaunch/revamp activities of existing brands.
  • Leading the cross functional team operations for the brands to perform efficiently and as per organizational targets whilst ensuring the assigned tasks are carried out in a timely manner and in line with pre-approved budgets.
  • Liase with internal stakeholders (trade marketing, demand planning, R&D) and external teams (creative agency, media agency, activation agency, PR agencies and trade partners) on brand development and trade/consumer activities.
  • Obtaining consumer insights to develop understanding of the brand category, carrying out routine competitor analysis to monitor competitor activity and planning and executing necessary actions.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Qualified in CIM/SLIM or a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Management from a recognized University/ Institute.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in brand management or marketing (Experience in FMCG would be an added advantage).
  • A go – getter and a team player who can inspire the team.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken) along with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Possessing knowledge/ experience in Digital Media and proficiency in MS Office.
