HR Executive - Talent Acquisition
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle - from sourcing to onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles
- Source candidates via job portals, social media, and employee referrals
- Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews
- Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment reports
- Coordinate and improve the onboarding process
- Identify training needs across departments through surveys and performance evaluations
- Design and implement effective training programs and workshops
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree or partly qualified in Human Resources, Business Administration, or professional qualification in HRM (CIPM)
- 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or similar HR role
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools and platforms (Topjobs, LinkedIn, News Paper)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple hiring needs simultaneously
- Passionate about people, culture, and building strong teams
