Service Engineer
We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join our team. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients. You will work closely with our clients to ensure that their systems are fully operational and functioning to their required specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Implement servicing operations to meet customer needs and improve service quality whilst address any gaps or areas for improvement
- Provide fullest commitment to in generating revenue through servicing division operations.
- Ensure the service projects are delivered on time, on budget and according to the agreed scope and quality standards
- Manage the servicing operations including allocation of technical staff to sites
- Coordinate with clients to schedule maintenance and repairs, and ensure that all work is completed on time and to the required quality standards.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to clients.
- Perform preventative maintenance and quality control checks on systems and equipment.
- Create detailed reports on all maintenance and repairs performed.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and recommend new technologies and approaches as needed.
Requirements:
- BSc, HND or City & Guilds Advanced Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in a technical service role.
- Strong technical skills and experience in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of technical systems and equipment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Age group 30 – 35 years
