Prerequisite Experience
- A Graduate in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, ICT)
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Property Manager of condominiums or a Senior Project Manager in construction projects
- Good analytical and people skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Energetic and passionate
Lead Engineer
Prerequisite Experience
- Degree, diploma or equivalent qualification in MEP Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of work experience in apartment complex, hotel or similar property maintenance
- Minimum 3 years experience as Senior Engineer
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Energetic and passionate
