Are you an experienced landscaping professional with leadership skills and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces? A luxury resort in the Maldives is seeking a Landscaping Team Leader to oversee and manage its landscaping operations.
Landscaping Team Leader (Maldives)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the landscaping team to ensure high-quality work.
- Oversee garden maintenance, planting, pruning, and lawn care.
- Implement landscape plans and ensure timely execution.
- Monitor the health of plants and apply necessary treatments.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and safe working practices.
- Report progress and coordinate with resort management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in landscaping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge of tropical plants, irrigation systems, and landscape design.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Previous experience in resorts or hospitality landscaping is an advantage.
- Basic English communication skills required.
