HR Masterminder, a premier recruitment firm in Sri Lanka, is proud to collaborate with a renowned luxury resort in the Maldives. We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join their elite culinary team and contribute to an exceptional guest dining experience.
Chef de Partie (Maldives)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a specific kitchen section (e.g., grill, pastry, sauces).
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes.
- Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff.
- Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are met.
- Support menu planning and stock control.
- Maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury hotels/resorts.
- Culinary diploma or certification.
- Strong cooking skills and knowledge of food safety (HACCP preferred).
- Good leadership and time management.
- Island or international experience is an advantage.
- Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
