CIB Holdings is seeking a seasoned and dynamic HR Manager to lead our Human Resources Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving HR strategy, handling employee relations, and ensuring best practices in recruitment, training, and compliance.
GROUP HR MANAGER
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the entire HR function of the group.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with business goals.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and staff training & development.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, sustainable practices, and statutory requirements.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.
Qualifications and Experience:
- CQHRM Professional Qualification / Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior HR role.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Location: CIB Holdings Administrative Office, Kohuwala
