COMMERCIAL FINANCE EXECUTIVE
Ceylon Cold Stores PLC (CCS), manufacturer of Elephant House Beverages and Ice Creams is a leading consumer food company in Sri Lanka. CCS is a subsidiary of John Keells Holdings PLC.
The company is seeking a suitable candidate to fill the position of Commercial Finance Executive (Sales & Marketing-Beverage). The position exists to capture and evaluate financials and other key metrics for distributors in the sales network, report on key performance indicators for distributors, forecast distributor performance and provide actionable insights and possible solutions with sales team leadership. Support delivery of analytical projects, partnering with analytics programme delivery teams. Support finance team with reporting related tasks.
The selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Analysis of commercial investments and provide recommendations.
- Analysis on distributor financials and KPI information and provide insights & recommendations.
- Financial evaluations of efficiency improvement projects in progress.
Required qualifications and skills:
- Degree in Finance/Commerce/ Business Management/Physical Science or related field.
- Part qualified from a professional body such as CIMA/CMA.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience preferably in a manufacturing organization and/or in an Audit Firm.
- A sound knowledge of distribution cost structures, manufacturing value chains would be an added advantage.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, experience with Power BI and SAP ERP system will be an added advantage.
- Attention to detail with excellent analytical skills and business acumen.
- Ability to work with cross functional teams on various business initiatives.
Remuneration for the above position will be in accordance with the JKH Compensation and Benefits Policy.
