Junior Executive
Customer Care Coordinator
JOB PROFILE
- Coordinate hospital admissions and discharges efficiently
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of claim forms
- Facilitate medicine delivery as needed
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Must own a bike for travel convenience
- Willing to work on a roster basis, including night shifts
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English and Sinhala/Tamil (both verbal and written)
- Basic medical knowledge is an added advantage
- Customer-oriented mindset with exceptional communication skills
- Must reside in the Colombo suburbs
