SENIOR EXECUTIVE – CUSTOMER CARE
Location – Teejay Lanka PLC – Avissawella
We are looking for a young, dynamic, achievement-oriented individual to manage the customer care operation by ensuring the technical and commercial needs of the customers are fully understood and communicated effectively to business operations to provide technical and commercial support to the business throughout the life cycle of all product qualities.
The Job
Primary job role will be;
- Address all aspects of customer technical complaints and ensure those technical issues are effectively communicated to the business and employ speedy solutions / recommend to the production functions / sorting of claims in order minimize losses to the business.
- Update the customer complaint completion in CCQMS system and ensure relevant records / departments are updated in order to facilitate business operations and management decision making purposes.
- Participate all new products meetings (NPL & Development) with the customer sales and marketing representatives ahead of bulk manufacture so as to assess and advise upon whether new product proposals are fit for purpose.
- Obtain feedback on the pilot lays (attending as and when required) to assess fabric performance issues and communicate findings to process owners/customers as appropriate.
- Address issues related to fabric quality / properties, provide guidance, make commercial decisions and authorize relevant documents in order to facilitate delivery / conformance to the customer requirements.
The Person
- Should possess BSc degree/Professional Qualification in Textile or Apparel industry with 3 years’ experience (Work experience in manufacturing environment will be an added advantage).
- Strong communication and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Task prioritization, time management and multi-tasking ability while being a good team player.
