Role Responsibilities
The role requires the ability to handle and facilitate all international patients. Look into their inquiries and feedback, initiate and complete new tasks and handle new projects.
Ideal Candidate Requirements
- Possess a degree or professional qualification in the relevant field from a recognized university or institute. A candidate who is qualified in MBBS but has not obtained registration as a clinical practitioner would be preferable.
- Minimum of 01 year’s experience in similar capacity.
- Excellent command of English language in both verbal and written form.
- Sound interpersonal skills & communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- Be able to manage internal and external resources to successfully bring projects to life.
