Group Engineer - (Meethirigala)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Supervise and manage the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of cold room and cold storage systems.
- Oversee AC electrical systems, including power distribution, HVAC controls, and machinery automation.
- Manage the operation and maintenance of poultry processing machines, including hatchery and feed mill equipment.
- Coordinate civil construction projects, including site planning, structural work, utility systems, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure engineering solutions align with production, quality, and safety goals.
- Overlooking the vehicle maintenance process.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a similar multi-disciplinary engineering role.
- Proven expertise in at least two of the following areas: cold room systems, AC electrical, poultry machinery, and civil construction.
- Strong project management and team leadership skills.
