Quantity Surveyor
Your responsibilities:
- Preparing cost estimates and budgets for projects
- Managing project finances, including cost control and cash flow forecasting
- Preparing tender documents and contracts
- Negotiating and managing contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring compliance with contractual terms
- Providing regular reports on project financial status
- Collaborating with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost management, and procurement processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., MS Excel, AutoCAD, etc.)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
