PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Location - Mirigama

Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Diploma or higher qualification in Production, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and occupational health & safety (OHS) standards is an added advantage
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Lead and motivate teams to meet targets and deadlines.
- Allocate manpower and resources based on production plans.
- Drive process improvements to boost productivity.
- Ensure equipment maintenance and compliance with safety protocols.
