Join Our Team as a Production Manager & Factory Manager!
Location: Riococo Private Limited, Bamunakotuwa, Katupotha, Sri Lanka.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure production and plan, coordinate and control the production process.
- Manage production schedules to ensure targets are met.
- Monitor equipment and processes, ensuring maximum efficiency and minimum downtime.
- Lead production teams, promote safety practices and enforce discipline.
- Collaborate with quality assurance and maintenance teams.
- Prepare reports on production measurements and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or diploma in manufacturing or agriculture, science, business studies or related field or equivalent qualification.
- At least 1 year of experience in production management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Practical experience in implementing production and quality systems.
