Guest Relation Executive - Mandaram Eco Resort
Location: Mandaram Nuwara, Sri Lanka
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in a similar role
Mandaram Eco Resort, nestled amidst the breathtaking natural beauty of the central highlands, is seeking a warm, professional, and guest-focused Guest Relation Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with warmth and professionalism throughout their stay
- Handle guest check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly, ensuring exceptional service
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs smoothly
- Maintain detailed records of guest preferences and feedback
- Support in the organization of on-site experiences and eco-tours
- Handle complaints gracefully and ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in guest relations, front office, or hospitality
- Excellent communication skills in English (Tamil/Sinhala is a plus)
- Friendly, approachable, and well-groomed personality
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic eco-tourism environment
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Passion for sustainability and nature-based tourism
