Coordinator
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate support tickets (Customer & Internal)
- Facilitate project coordination across teams (Customer & Internal)
- Liaise effectively with Pre-Sales and Project departments
- Oversee lifecycle management through proactive support
- Organize and schedule internal and external meetings
- Collect and manage customer feedback
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and work across teams
