Coordinator

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate support tickets (Customer & Internal)
  • Facilitate project coordination across teams (Customer & Internal)
  • Liaise effectively with Pre-Sales and Project departments
  • Oversee lifecycle management through proactive support
  • Organize and schedule internal and external meetings
  • Collect and manage customer feedback

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to multitask and work across teams
