Position:
Officer - Application Support
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven application support officer to provide technical and functional support to end-users, troubleshoot application-related issues, maintain system configurations, and coordinate with internal teams or external vendors for issue resolution and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first- and second-level support for business software applications.
- Analyze and troubleshoot software/system errors reported by users.
- Communicate with software vendors or development teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Prepare documentation for common support processes and user guides.
- Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and testing activities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and suggest software solutions.
- Maintain logs of support activities and prepare regular reports.
- Train end-users on new functionalities or updated processes as needed.

Requirements:
- Diploma in Computer Science or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in software or application support roles is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with enterprise software platforms such as ERP, CRM, or custom applications.
- Basic understanding of databases (e.g., SQL), system interfaces, and data flows.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Good documentation and user training capabilities.
