SALES COORDINATOR
Key Responsibilities
- Support and monitor branch teams to achieve sales and disbursement targets.
- Assist with loan documentation and securitization for financial institutions.
- Collaborate on sales campaigns, promotions and offers with strategic partners.
- Prepare and distribute sales performance and disbursement trend reports.
- Create business review presentations for management.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for continuous improvement.
- Follow up with financial institutions on loan approvals, settlements and disbursements.
- Coordinate marketing materials, branch activations, and lead generation.
- Maintain records of branch meetings and ensure follow-ups on action plans.
Qualifications and Skills
- Female Candidates Only
- Marketing or equivalent professional qualification in a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in branch coordination, financial services or operations which not less than 01 year in a comparable position.
- Excellent interpersonal and people management skills.
