We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team in the construction. If you have a strong background in Quantity Surveying or related fields, and possess the following skills and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct tendering and estimating processes for various projects.
- Coordinate effectively with clients to ensure project requirements are met.
- Manage and oversee civil and M&E sector-related tasks.
Requirements:
- NDT/HNDE / NDES / NCT in Quantity Surveying or Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the civil & steel work management.
- Strong proficiency in MS Project, MS Office, and AutoCAD.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Age below 35 years.
- Proven experience in tendering and estimating processes.
- Ability to handle client relationships professionally.
