MARKETING COORDINATOR
Male / Female Kurunegala.
TRADEX is a manufacturer of Soap & Detergent products in high quality with modern technology and its Head Office is located in Kurunegala. We are seeking for suitable dynamic persons for the following vacancies.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Head of Marketing with his documentation such as quotations, purchase orders, marketing reports, PowerPoint presentations... etc.
- Coordinating with social media agencies for a smooth Facebook management.
- Preparing monthly sales reports for the Sales & Marketing Department.
- Handling all email inquiries.
- Handling and coordinating all the online sales.
- Liaising with the artwork agencies and printing sources to produce marketing communications, such as brochures, Flyers... etc.
Requirements:
- Should be thorough in Microsoft Office packages such as PowerPoint, Excel & Word.
- Confident and outgoing personality.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent command of written & spoken English.
- Graduate or a Diploma holder in Marketing with previous experience would be an added advantage.
