QUANTITY SURVEYOR
- Preparation of Preliminary estimates and BOQs.
- Preparation of Engineer’s estimates.
- Evaluation, Negotiation and Contract Awarding.
- Preparation of interim / final Payment Certificates and joint measurements.
- Cost controlling and monitoring.
- Variation / Extra work evaluation (Measure and pay basis).
- Managing contractors.
Qualifications & Prerequisites
- Age between 25 - 35.
- B.Sc. Degree in QS or equivalent qualification.
- Have a minimum of 4 years’ post qualified work experience in a similar capacity.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and without supervision.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills is advantageous (both verbal and written) and be able to interact with all levels of staff.
- Should be computer literate and proficient in CAD software and MS Office packages.
- Ability to create building drawings will be considered as a value addition.
