INSURANCE SALES EXECUTIVE
About Us:
St. Joseph Hospital is a USA-managed modern primary healthcare provider. We are now seeking a dynamic Insurance Sales Executive to expand our insured client base, build strong partnerships with insurance providers, and offer competitive health packages through innovative insurance solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase the number of insured patients.
- Build partnerships with insurance companies to promote our hospital as a preferred healthcare provider.
- Engage with potential clients (individuals, corporates, brokers) through outbound calls, meetings, and presentations.
- Coordinate and customize health packages aligned with insurance coverage options (inpatient, outpatient, diagnostics, etc.).
- Meet and exceed monthly targets for client acquisition and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and insurance partner communication.
- Stay up to date with insurance market trends, healthcare regulations, and service offerings.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in insurance sales, healthcare marketing, or business development (preferred 2+ years).
- Strong understanding of health insurance policies, claims processes, and the healthcare landscape in Sri Lanka.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused mindset.
- Fluent in English and Sinhala. Tamil (tri-lingual is an advantage).
