Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and business needs.
  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, talent development, employee relations, and retention.
  • Develop and implement engagement initiatives, performance management systems, and succession planning frameworks.
  • Collaborate with senior management to provide HR insights and support organizational growth.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and regulatory standards across group companies.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or relevant professional qualification preferred).
  • Minimum 6 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work across diverse business domains.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable to a dynamic business environment.
