Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and business needs.
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, talent development, employee relations, and retention.
- Develop and implement engagement initiatives, performance management systems, and succession planning frameworks.
- Collaborate with senior management to provide HR insights and support organizational growth.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and regulatory standards across group companies.

Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or relevant professional qualification preferred).
- Minimum 6 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work across diverse business domains.
- Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable to a dynamic business environment.
