CLIENT CARE COORDINATOR (FEMALE)
JOB COMPETENCIES:
- Successfully completed GCE A/L with sound academic background.
- Excellent command in English & Sinhala with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Fluency in Tamil will be an added advantage.
- Excellent computer literacy and MS office skills.
- Should be a fast learner with a strong sense of responsibility & a positive attitude.
- Should have high integrity and attention to detail.
- At least one year of work experience in a similar capacity, and experience in the travel/ticketing/airline sectors will be an added advantage.
- Should be below 26 years of age.
- Ability to work independently under minimum supervision.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Politely greet and direct all visitors to the relevant divisions.
- Answer calls on the hotline number and provide accurate data to customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintaining a pleasant & presentable reception area.
- Perform general administrative support.
- Perform ad-hoc administration duties.
- Provide excellent customer service to visitors, clients & employees, assist with inquiries and provide information about company's products or services.
- Serve as a point of contact between employees, clients & other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate smooth office operations.
