As we expand our operations, we are looking for a skilled and reliable Factory Maintenance Executive to ensure optimal performance and uptime of all factory machinery and infrastructure.

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant – Human Resources to support day-to-day HR functions at our battery manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee documentation, attendance management, and HR compliance processes. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in core HR operations within a dynamic and regulated industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and documentation.
  • Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
  • Support daily attendance tracking and leave management using HRMS or Excel tools.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and support salary processing activities.
  • Assist with compliance-related documentation (PF, ESI, labor records, etc.)
  • Support employee engagement activities, induction programs, and internal communication.
  • Help organize training sessions, meetings, and employee feedback collection.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure HR operations follow company policies and labor laws.
  • Address employee grievances in alignment with labor law and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a manufacturing setup.
  • Basic understanding of labor laws, HR policies, and documentation practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Word) and HR software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail.
